please be advised that PRIMET at its Annual General Meeting in Berlin after full discussions of your proposal for a joint meeting in Oslo on 3 November 2004 has decided to accept your invitation. In addition to myself, PRIMET will be represented by Meteo Consult and Storm Weather Center. However, we have no objection to the proposed composition of your delegation, although I would suggest that the seating is arranged so that we are on opposite sides of the table.

The agenda as suggested by you is wide-ranging enough for the meeting.
